Who we are

Quick Built Systems Pty Limited (ABN 63 167 322 116), 21 Econo Place, Silverdale NSW 2752, trading as Quick Built Systems, Quick Built Fencing, Quick Built Patio Kits and Quick Built Homes.

What we collect

Your sign-in email, and the name, phone, site address and project details you give us. If you apply for trade pricing, your business name and ABN. Your orders, quotes, invoices and deliveries, from our own records. A notification token if you turn notifications on. Card payments are handled by Stripe: we never see or keep your full card number.

Why

To show you your jobs, documents and invoices, give trade customers their prices, take payment, deliver your order and contact you about it.

Tracking

No advertising trackers or analytics in the app, and none run when one of our website pages is opened inside it.

Who we share it with

Only the services that run our business: Capsule CRM, Microsoft 365, Xero, Stripe, Mainfreight, and Render and Vercel (hosting). We never sell your details.

Overseas

Some of these store data outside Australia, including the United States, the United Kingdom and the European Union. Our main server (Render) is outside Australia.

Security

Encrypted connections; customer records encrypted on our server; one-time codes instead of passwords; access limited to the people who need it; an encrypted nightly backup.

How long

Quotes, invoices and job records: 7 years (tax law). Other details: deleted when you delete your account, unless the law says we must keep them.

Your choices

Change your details under Me, or delete your account there at any time. Or email sales@quickbuiltsystems.com.au to see, correct or delete what we hold. No charge.
